These terms apply to purchases from Almughamir Company (“Aventuras”), CR 1398783, VAT identification number OM1100520920. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the applicable store policies.
Products and prices
We aim to keep product descriptions, availability and prices accurate. Prices are shown in Omani Rials (OMR). Product prices displayed on product, category and cart pages exclude VAT. At checkout, 5% VAT is calculated on taxable products and displayed separately. Product availability is subject to stock on hand.
Delivery within Oman
Delivery within Oman costs 2.000 OMR per order, with no VAT on delivery. This charge is separate from the product amount and product VAT. For example, a taxable product priced at 8.000 OMR has 0.400 OMR VAT, plus 2.000 OMR delivery, for a total of 10.400 OMR.
Delivery normally takes 2–3 business days, depending on the address, stock and courier availability. For urgent orders, contact us on WhatsApp after ordering and include your order number. We will try to assist; faster delivery is not guaranteed. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as accepted.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment or payment authorization is received through the available payment method. We may contact you to verify order or delivery details. We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing or technical error has occurred, or fraud or misuse is suspected.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights under Oman law.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and delivery details, check your order confirmation, and use products according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety guidance.

Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts. We may update these terms as the store or legal requirements change. The published version will show its effective date.

تسري هذه الشروط على المشتريات من شركة المغامر («أفنتوراس»)، السجل التجاري رقم 1398783، ورقم التعريف الضريبي OM1100520920. بإتمام الطلب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسات المتجر ذات الصلة.
المنتجات والأسعار
نسعى إلى إبقاء أوصاف المنتجات وتوفرها وأسعارها دقيقة. تُعرض الأسعار بالريال العُماني. لا تشمل أسعار المنتجات المعروضة في صفحات المنتجات والتصنيفات والسلة ضريبة القيمة المضافة. عند إتمام الطلب، تُحتسب ضريبة القيمة المضافة بنسبة ٥٪ على المنتجات الخاضعة للضريبة وتُعرض بشكل منفصل. يعتمد توفر المنتجات على المخزون الفعلي.
التوصيل داخل عُمان
تبلغ رسوم التوصيل داخل عُمان ٢٫٠٠٠ ر.ع. لكل طلب، ولا تُضاف ضريبة قيمة مضافة على التوصيل. تُضاف هذه الرسوم بشكل منفصل عن قيمة المنتجات وضريبتها. على سبيل المثال: منتج خاضع للضريبة بقيمة ٨٫٠٠٠ ر.ع.، وضريبة بقيمة ٠٫٤٠٠ ر.ع.، وتوصيل بقيمة ٢٫٠٠٠ ر.ع.؛ ليكون الإجمالي ١٠٫٤٠٠ ر.ع.
يستغرق التوصيل عادةً يومين إلى ثلاثة أيام عمل، بحسب العنوان وتوفر المخزون وشركة التوصيل. للطلبات العاجلة، تواصل معنا عبر واتساب بعد تقديم الطلب مع ذكر رقمه. سنحاول مساعدتك، لكن لا نضمن التوصيل خلال مدة أقصر. سنتواصل معك إذا تعذر تنفيذ الطلب كما تم قبوله.
الطلبات والدفع
يُعد تقديم الطلب طلبًا للشراء. يُقبل الطلب عندما نؤكده ونتلقى الدفع أو تفويض الدفع عبر وسيلة الدفع المتاحة. قد نتواصل معك للتحقق من تفاصيل الطلب أو التوصيل. وقد نلغي الطلب أو نعيد قيمته عند عدم توفر المنتج، أو حدوث خطأ في السعر أو خلل تقني، أو الاشتباه في الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام.
الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ
تخضع طلبات الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ لسياسة الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ الخاصة بنا. لا تنتقص هذه الشروط من أي حقوق إلزامية يقررها القانون العُماني.
مسؤوليات العميل
يرجى تقديم بيانات تواصل وتوصيل صحيحة، ومراجعة تأكيد الطلب، واستخدام المنتجات وفق تعليمات الشركة المصنّعة وإرشادات السلامة ذات الصلة.

القانون المعمول به والتعديلات
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، مع مراعاة حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية واختصاص الجهات والمحاكم المختصة. قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تغير المتجر أو المتطلبات القانونية. ستتضمن النسخة المنشورة تاريخ سريانها.
