Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, materially different from its description or not fit for its intended purpose. Send your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, price adjustment or refund in accordance with applicable Oman consumer-protection requirements.
Change-of-mind returns
Request approval for a change-of-mind return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, complete and in its original packaging, with all labels, accessories and instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Product-specific conditions
- Supplements must be unopened, sealed and in saleable condition.
- Shoes must be unworn, unmarked and returned with the original box or packaging.
- Tents must be unused, complete, dry and returned with all parts, bags, accessories and packaging.
Excluded situations
We may refuse a change-of-mind return if the product has been used, worn, opened, damaged through misuse, altered or returned incomplete. This does not limit mandatory rights relating to faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Refunds
After assessing the return or issue, we will confirm the outcome and refund approved amounts using the original payment method where possible. For an approved refund of a taxable product, the refund includes the VAT originally charged for that product where applicable. Delivery charges are refundable where required by applicable law or where the error is ours. The 2.000 OMR Oman delivery charge has no VAT.

المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير المطابقة للطلب
تواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن إذا وصلك منتج تالف أو معيب أو غير مكتمل أو مختلف اختلافًا جوهريًا عن وصفه أو غير صالح للغرض المقصود منه. أرسل رقم الطلب ووصفًا للمشكلة وصورًا واضحة عند الحاجة. سنقيّم المشكلة ونرتب، حسب الحالة، الإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو تعديل السعر أو استرداد المبلغ وفق متطلبات حماية المستهلك المعمول بها في عُمان.
الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي
اطلب الموافقة على الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي خلال ٧ أيام من استلام الطلب. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير ملبوس وكاملًا، وفي عبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملصقات والملحقات والتعليمات. يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي، ما لم نتفق على غير ذلك.
شروط خاصة بالمنتجات
- يجب أن تكون المكملات غير مفتوحة، وبختمها الأصلي، وبحالة صالحة للبيع.
- يجب أن تكون الأحذية غير ملبوسة وخالية من آثار الاستخدام، وأن تُعاد مع صندوقها أو عبوتها الأصلية.
- يجب أن تكون الخيام غير مستخدمة وكاملة وجافة، وأن تُعاد مع جميع الأجزاء والحقائب والملحقات والتغليف.
الحالات المستثناة
قد نرفض الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي إذا كان المنتج مستخدمًا أو ملبوسًا أو مفتوحًا أو متضررًا بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو معدّلًا أو غير مكتمل. ولا يحد ذلك من الحقوق الإلزامية المتعلقة بالمنتجات المعيبة أو غير الآمنة أو المخالفة للوصف أو غير المطابقة بأي صورة أخرى.
استرداد المبالغ
بعد تقييم المنتج المُرجع أو المشكلة، سنؤكد النتيجة ونعيد المبالغ المعتمدة عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية متى أمكن. عند الموافقة على استرداد قيمة منتج خاضع للضريبة، يشمل المبلغ المسترد ضريبة القيمة المضافة التي دُفعت أصلًا عن ذلك المنتج، حيثما ينطبق ذلك. تُرد رسوم التوصيل عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك أو عندما يكون الخطأ من جانبنا. لا تُفرض ضريبة قيمة مضافة على رسوم التوصيل داخل عُمان البالغة ٢٫٠٠٠ ر.ع.
